These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Growth Mindset & MindFULLness website and services. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Growth Mindset & MindFULLness offers hypnotherapy, coaching, Reiki energy healing and mindfulness-based support. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment or formal psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility

You must be over 18 to book sessions unless a different agreement is made in writing. You agree to provide accurate information and to inform us of any relevant mental health or medical conditions.

3. Payments & cancellations

• Payment details and options (Revolut / PayPal) are shared at the time of booking.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• In case of therapist illness or emergency, you will be offered a rescheduled time or refund.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except where there is a legal or ethical duty to break confidentiality (for example, risk of serious harm to you or others, or safeguarding concerns).

5. No guarantees

While many clients experience positive change, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors, including your personal history, level of engagement and external circumstances.

6. Website use

The content on this website is for information and education only and does not constitute personalised medical, psychological or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Mindset & MindFULLness is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury or damage arising from the use of this website or services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your therapist’s country of practice. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
