Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that supports relaxation, grounding and emotional balance. It works with the body’s natural energy flow to release stagnation, soothe the nervous system and invite a deeper sense of peace.
You remain fully clothed and comfortable, either lying down or seated, while I place my hands lightly on or just above the body. Reiki can also be offered as a powerful distance session.
